• Connect a power outlet to your extender.
• Wait for the Power LED on the EX8000 to turn green.
• Click the WPS button on the extender.
• Your router and extender are wired correctly if the EX8000 Link Status LED is lit white.
• The Extender Connection Status LED on the EX8000 Extender would turn blue. If the Link Status Lead turns amber or red, shift the extender closer to the router and try again.
• Adjust your extender’s location.
• Bring your WiFi-enabled computer or mobile device to a spot with poor Netgear Extender Setup coverage.
• Connect your WiFi-enabled laptop or mobile computer to the extended network.
